Meeting Room coordinator/ receptionist (Job share)
Old Street, London, N1
Six-month contract with possibility of extension
Salary = £9,200 pa (Working Monday and Tuesday each week / 14 Hours)
CIHT, representing over 14,000 practitioners across the Highways & Transportation profession, is seeking an experienced office administrator to help run a busy front office and meeting facilities. You will be the first point of contact for visitors to the Institution, organise and run all reception services and provide a customer friendly support service for internal and external customers using our meeting rooms.
With a commitment to delivery and excellent customer service, you will have the energy and drive to ensure that this busy area of the Institution’s work runs smoothly and efficiently.
You will need to be well presented, have a strong customer focus, be adaptable and flexible to deal with workload peaks, have good IT skills and be willing to change your attendance hours to suit our business needs.
Previous experience of working in a hospitality environment (e.g. hotels, restaurants, meeting rooms) would be advantageous but not essential.
We are looking for a person to undertake this role on a job share basis with the existing post holder who has recently returned from maternity leave. We are ideally seeking a person that is available to start mid to late February.
