Terence is an Associate Director of Hyder Consulting Limited. He has over 18 years of experience in the implementation of highway and infrastructure projects, in both urban and rural environments of Hong Kong.

Vincent is a Director of MVA HK Ltd. He has extensive experience in traffic management and transport planning studies, infrastructure developments, land use & transportation planning and highway planning. Vincent is a keen golfer and won the 2003 IHT golf day trophy. He is married with 2 daughters.
