Martin is an Associate within Richard Jackson plc. Martin is based in Norwich in the engineering division which encompasses preplanning support, infrastructure design and transportation planning. Martin has a wealth of experience spanning some 21 years, completing design for a range of sectors including healthcare, commercial, housing and waste.
Previously as a Director of Millard Consulting in East Anglia, he headed the infrastructure team in the Norwich office. Martin provided advice to many national and local clients on all aspects of infrastructure and transport for new and regeneration projects. With experience in highway engineering and transport related schemes, design and management of all types of infrastructure. Martin led his team on all major developments and co-ordinated input from other areas such as environmental and energy sectors.
Highlights have included securing transport measures and infrastructure for residential developments of various sizes; ranging from two to 1300 dwellings, as well as the design of business parks and commercial centres from 4ha to 102ha. His personal drivers to success have always been leadership, delivery and focus; which he instils; whilst leading the infrastructure team.
Martin is also the East Anglian Branch Member on Council and has a seat on the Transport Policy Board. In addition he has organised the branch dinner dance held in February each year and is an Engineering Advisor to Nottingham University to link further education with industry.
Richard is a Team Leader in the Highway and Infrastructure section within Mott MacDonald, based in Norwich. He has extensive experience in all aspects of highway design from feasibility and preliminary design, through to construction, supervision and maintenance. He has been with Mott MacDonald since the Best Value Partnership with Norfolk County Council's Planning and Transportation Department which was formed in 1999. Before that Richard had previous experience with local government in Safety and Traffic Management.
Patrina is a Traffic Engineer with Mott MacDonald, based in the Norwich Office, within the highways team. Her experience spans some 18 years working in the private sector in the UK, Malta and Australia coverign both architectural design in private housing and commercial buildings and a broad cross section of highways projects.
Her expertise includes design and construction for traffic engineering (highway design), traffic sign design and traffic management. Other achievements were gaining the Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) in management of national road haulage network.
