The talk will take place in the Castle Room, Fulton House, Swansea University and will be will joint with TEG and CILT.

 

Refreshments in the Castle Room at 6pm and talk at 6.30pm.

The talk will be given by Mike Poland, who will describe Coed Darcy Urban Village, including an overview view of the project, from inception within BP to handover to St Modwen Developments and the current status.  The talk will concentrate on providing a general understanding of the key issues and activities rather than a detailed technical analysis of the various solutions. 

The development comprises 4000 homes, employment areas and open space covering 1,300 acres, with an integrated land use pattern of residential and employment uses supported by a full range of community facilities and offering the opportunity to live and work in the same community.
