The Annual Dinner, held at the Hilton Hotel, Cardiff, on 4 March, was another success.

The Chairman of the Branch, Anthony Morgan, FIQ, FCIHT, welcomed guests to the Annual Dinner. They included the President of the Institution, Geoff Allister,
BSc CEng, FICE, FCIHT,  Chief Executive with the Department for Regional Development’s Roads Service in Northern Ireland, together with Mary Lewis, the Instiution's Chief Executive.  Other guests included representatives of kindred institutions.

 

 

 

 

The Chairman presented certificates to Brian Sposito and Val Kacal, in recogntion of 50 years' membership of the Institution.

 

 

 

 

 

 The guest speaker was Len Murray.
