Paul Brown

Paul Brown AMIHIE, Engineer, Highways Projects with PB.
Paul is a Highways Engineer, with PB for 21 years and for the past 5 years Design Visualisation Manager  for Europe and Africa region. Current visualisation projects include: M20 J10A, Newtown Bypass, Exeter High Quality Public Transport, Severn Tidal Study and Highway Agency Managed Motorway schemes.

The talk described visualisation techniques used to promote key messages and project details to all stakeholders.

The techniques provide visual communication for architecture, engineering and construction, being an aid in communicating technical projects to an audience to help clients and the public to visualise project elements not easily explained from verbal details or blueprints.

Design options and construction sequencing are possible using Photo Simulation, 3D Modelling and 3D and 4D Animation and can clarify complex, controversial or difficult aspects to describe projects and provide an extremely effective way to communicate, collaborate and educate an audience on technical subjects.
