The aim of this award is to identify, share and celebrate good road safety practice. Road safety initiatives, schemes or products that contribute to casualty reduction were welcomed for this award, particularly where they provide outputs that can be widely applied. The Road Safety Award recognises outstanding achievements which improve road safety.

Entries to the CIHT Awards are now closed.

Judging will commence shortly after this date and then shortlisted entries will be notified.

• Research into problem
• Quality of technical solution
• Innovation
• Road safety success to date
• Potential road safety success
• Quality of evaluation
