Y&H Sheffield City Region Transport Strategy

Yaron Hollanderis responsible for transport strategy and policy at South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive.
His presentation will deal with the Sheffield City Region Transport Strategy which covers the 15 year period from 2011 to 2026. The strategy covers the whole of South Yorkshire and parts of the East Midlands which has strongeconomic links with South Yorkshire.
The strategy has now reached the end of its first year of implementation. Yaron will provide an overview of the initial success and the challenges that face the delivery of the transport improvements in the city region.
The presentation will also explore the key elements of the second year of implementation.
