Space@119 has a variety of conveniently located, fully accessible facilities with full audio and visual systems available for conferences, training and meetings.

Room sizes can vary to accomodate from 10 to 40 delegates in 'Boardroom style' and from 12 to 60 delegates in 'Theatre Style'.

All prices include full use of audio visual equipment and complementary tea/coffee.  CIHT Members receive a 10% discount on CIHT Meeting Room bookings.

Room rates are negotiable in accordance with your requirements and meeting rooms are also available at an hourly rate on request.

• Teas and Coffees (complementary)
• Fruit juices and bottled water
• Sandwiches only (£7 per head)
• 'Working Lunch'  - Sandwiches, cookies and fruit (£10 per head)
• Hot or cold buffets (price on request)
• Fruit platters or pastries (price on request)

Complementary biscuits are availble for early morning meetings (up to 10.30).
