Sponsorship

 

img_sponsorshipThe following outlines the range of  packages available for sponsorship or exhibiting opportunities.

Companies wishing to sponsor a CIHT event would receive the benefits listed below appropriate to the category chosen. 
  
A Company may select individual items from the Sponsorship Menu, but in doing so will not receive the benefits listed in the main sponsor package.
 
Please telephone or email the conference organiser at the number listed below to find out about future planned events, discuss your sponsorship needs or if you have ideas for a conference. If you have specific requirements that are not listed below we are open to discuss other unique packages
 
Please Note: Sponsorship opportunities are limited and will be offered on a first come first served basis and prices are available on request.
 
Gold Sponsorship Package:
There will only be one gold sponsorship offered. As a Gold Sponsor you will receive the following benefits:
 
Branding of the Event on the Day:
Your Company’s logo will appear alongside the CIHT logo in the main conference room and any other rooms used for the event.
 
Logo & Web Site:
Your company logo will be featured prominently on all conference documentation. This will include any pre-event publicity whether as adverts or flyers in magazines or web based links. The seminar and its content (i.e. presentations) will be showcased on the CIHT website for lasting exposure.
 
Conference Pack and Insert:
We can also insert two pieces of your literature into each delegate pack free of charge.
 
Advert in Final Programme:
You will be able to insert an advertisement in the final programme free of charge. We will also be sending out approximately 2,000 copies of final programme to contacts on our database and electronically via associated institutes.
 
Transportation Professional Magazine:
The seminar will be promoted in our industry magazine (readership 15,000), and a report on the seminar will be included featuring your participation. The brochure for the event will be sent out with all issues of Transportation Professional.
 
Company Personnel:
Any company personnel attending the conference as part of CPD training will receive a delegate reduction of 10%.
 
Exhibition Space:
Will be 3m x 2m, with a table and chairs provided at no additional cost. One free delegate place and one further exhibitor personnel will be allowed per stand and this will include, tea/coffee and lunch. In addition you may insert an item into the delegate pack free of charge. Costs for additional personnel are subject to agreement.
 
Conference Dinner/Lunch:
(if appropriate)
Companies may badge this part of the event to match their corporate image. In addition you may insert an item into the delegate bag free of charge.
 
Delegate Bags: (If available 3 opportunities):
There will be a maximum of three additional logos alongside the organisers and main sponsors on the delegate bag. This is a high visibility item.
 
Items to be included in delegate kits:
This may be an advertisement flyer or an item such as a pen, badge, sticker, notebook etc. Items to be provided by sponsor.
 
Exit Gift: (e.g. pens, notepads, calculators)
At the end of the conference and in exchange for completion of questionnaires and badge holders, CIHT staff will hand out Corporate branded gifts to delegates
 
Please note that any cost quoted will be subject to VAT at 20%.
 
All sponsors of individual items will receive a listing in the programme and proceedings.

Package 1 - £400 (excl VAT)

1 free delegate place (complimentary lunch is included at all day events)
3m by 2m space (table/chair, bin & electricity provided)

Company profile & logo printed in delegate pack (profile and logo to fit onto one A4 sheet)
One leaflet inserted into delegate packs - one sheet, double sided, no more than A4 size
Costs for additional personnel are subject to agreement.

Package 2 - £200 (Excl VAT)
One standard pop up exhibition stand 
NB: venue ceiling height will determine height of exhibition stand
Company profile & logo printed in delegate pack (profile and logo to fit onto one A4 sheet)
One leaflet inserted into delegate packs - one sheet, double sided, no more than A4 size 

Package 3 - £100.00 (Excl VAT)
One leaflet inserted into delegate packs - one sheet, double sided, no more than A4 size
