At the recent North Western Branch AGM held on 30th March, Barry Heaps handed over to Lance Fogg as Chairman. The treasurer's report was given by Peter Blair and a presentation about the Liverpool City Region transport model was given by Eddie Mellor of Mott MacDonald.
