Competitive Dialogue Seminar

On the 29th January 2009 over 40 delegates met in Wiltshire for an informative and stimulating seminar on Competitive Dialogue and its use for procuring highways contracts. The presentations covered the views of an advisor, a client and a service provider and focussed on informing the audience of lessons learned from previous experience as well as identifying what went well.
