Payment Methods

All CIHT technical guidelines and publications can be ordered via our online store or directly from CIHT via the contact information below.

Publications and CDs are despatched from our trade warehouse and orders will only be despatched upon receipt of payment. 

Invoices can be requested online in our publications store or by telephone or email request. PDFs of publications are eligible for VAT.

We can accept payment via credit or debit card, cheque and BACS.  If you require BACS details please contact CIHT via the contact information below.

When making credit card payments online, you will be transfered to a secure SagePay site to issue the payment. We accept the following debit/credit cards:

• Visa
• Visa Debit
• Visa Electron
• Mastercard
• Solo
• Maestro

 

Delivery Information

Please allow five to seven working days for UK orders. 

Please allow up to two weeks for European orders. Rest of the World orders may take slightly longer, depending on your postal system.

Orders are usually received well within the stated timeframes. 

Overseas orders are normally despatched via Business Post Priority, which is a reliable but non-trackable service. Overseas orders submitted via the CIHT website will always be despatched using this method of shipping.

If you are ordering from overseas and require any of the services listed below, we recommend having your order shipped via a courier service:

• Quick delivery time (estimate: 1-3 days)
• Signature on delivery
• Tracking number

Please do not order via the CIHT website in this case.  We can provide you with a quote for this method of shipping.
