There are 4 entry routes to becoming a TPP candidate, depending on your academic qualifications. To find out which route you should take please click here.

For some candidates the first stage of the TPP qualification will be to compile a Portfolio of Technical Knowledge or a Technical Report. These can be submitted at any time during the year. (Candidates with appropriate academic qualifications are able to bypass this stage).

The next stage is to put together a Portfolio of Evidence. There are two submission dates each year when Portfolios of Evidence will be accepted for assessment. For 2010 the closing dates for submissions are 9 April 2010 and 1st October 2010.

Candidates will then be invited to attend for a Professional Review Interview. For 2010 the Professional Review Interviews will be held during the following weeks:

• 10-14 May 2010
• 1-5 November 2010
