The work of the Strategic Plan is carried out by Technical Committees. These consist of elected representatives from across the world who are respected in their field.

The UK is represented on all Technical Committees, and the WRA UK sponsors two developing country engineers to attend meetings. UK delegates are asked to report back on each Committee meeting they attend.

Committees typically meet twice a year and produce two reports every four-year period. Technical Committee Reports are available for WRA UK members to purchase at a reduced price by contacting the Secretariat
