Application routes

CIHT now offers three primary pathways to Fellowship:

  • Direct Admission: For non-members who meet the Fellowship criteria.

  • Transfer from Existing Membership: For current CIHT members seeking to upgrade to Fellow status.

  • Fellow by Invitation / Honorary Fellowship: For senior and influential people who have been recommended by the CIHT Board of Trustees / Council.

Your application will not be processed until all supporting evidence has been provided.

Eligibility Criteria

Specific job titles are no longer mandated.

The emphasis is on whether the individual meets all the four requirements (that is, experience, commitment, ability and impact), rather than on specific titles or durations in particular roles.

Attribute-Based Assessment
