CIHT Hong Kong is excited to offer this "Routes to Chartership" seminar to support industry professionals to achieve their professional qualifications.
Chartered Professional Review (CPR) is being conducted in Hong Kong by the CIHT Hong Kong Regional Office since 2010. Subsequent to passing the CPR through the CIHT, the successful member will become a Chartered Engineer (CEng) endorsed by the Engineering Council of the United Kingdom.
A briefing session will be held in Hong Kong to provide an insight into the routes to chartership through CIHT. Particular emphasis will be placed on the requirement and procedure for the application of CPR, the CPR process in Hong Kong and guidance on the preparation for CPR. Two successful CPR candidates will share their experience in attending the review, and some tips in the preparation for the CPR.
Alan Chan BSc MSc CEng MCIHT MICE MIStructE MHKIE RPE is a Chartered Engineer, an experienced CIHT Chartered Professional Reviewer and the Honorary Secretary of the CIHT Hong Kong Committee. He will be joined by two Chartered Engineers, Nancy Chan BEng MA CEng MCIHT CMILT and Winky Ngai BBSc MSc CEng MCIHT who are successful CPR candidates in Autumn 2023 .
The technical talk will be conducted in English and online registration is required. The number of participants is limited to 30. Applications will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis with priority given to members of the CIHT. Deadline for the registration is 22 March 2024.
