South Tyneside Council is the Local Authority for the Borough of South Tyneside. We are the Local Highways, Health and Planning Authority amongst our other statutory duties.
In partnership with our colleagues within our in-house Construction Teams, the Authority is able to plan, design and deliver most Highways schemes with minimal fuss either for internal purposes or external commissions as necessary.
Active within the CIHT (North East and Cumbria) branch we also seek to provide our staff with the best knowledge and CPD opportunities available locally.
With decades of combined experience across the various disciplines our specialisms include ULEV infrastructure development, Active Travel, Highways Scheme delivery and Asset Management.
