The Institution – which celebrates its 20th Anniversary this year – is a learned society and their visit to the UK is the first time they’ve organised an international delegation. Let by its President Ian Chung. The visit to Britannia Walk provided the opportunity to share experience and perspectives on the role of strategic infrastructure in enabling economic growth. With the majority of the delegation drawn from HKIHT’s Young Professionals group, it was great that a number of the London region’s Young Professional group were able to join us for the evening.

It was an honour to sign on behalf of CIHT a memorandum of understanding with the HKIHT and it was clear that there are a number of opportunities where we’ll be able to share knowledge and experiences moving forward.
