Led by CIHT Dubai, this webinar will look at the CEng and IEng qualification and provide information and advice to those wishing to take the qualification with CIHT.
CIHT offers access to a wide range of professional qualifications for planning, designing, and constructing highways and transport infrastructure and services, based on in-depth study, developing knowledge and practical experience. Highways and transport engineers are essential in the project lifecycle, being responsible for ensuring infrastructure, equipment and other physical assets are designed and built safely, to specification and programme, and secure the desired economic, social, and environmental outcomes.
This online seminar from the CIHT Dubai Group will provide an overview of what learning, study, experience, preparation, and documentary evidence is necessary to acquire a professional qualification in engineering in the highways and transport sector. The key qualifications in this context include Chartered Engineer (CEng) and Incorporated Engineer (IEng).
The seminar is an opportunity to hear and engage in a discussion with a recent successful applicant for CEng who has been involved in the process of initial assessment through to final interview. If you are an engineer and have been thinking about getting professionally qualified, why not attend this evening seminar and see if it meets and assists your professional development needs? You will have the opportunity to ask questions with others on the same journey as you.
There will be time for Q&A at the end so please come with your thoughts on how you would like to progress your professional development and the support you need.
The seminar will be presented and moderated by Michelle Wood, Professional Development Officer of CIHT Dubai and Head of Technical Development at PTRC UK, supported by recent candidates for engineering qualifications as follows:
Sreeram Kollipara is an experienced engineer with fifteen years’ professional experience in India and the UAE. He is Principal Engineer and a Team Leader with WSP based in India.
