Her expertise spans Strategy, Policy, Project Management, Analytics, and Customer-focused roles. Currently at Arcadis, she leads sustainability strategies and supports client decarbonisation efforts. Georgette excels in supplier engagement, collaboration, and contract management, setting clear objectives to improve project delivery and customer satisfaction in the Midlands region. She initiated and leads a Women's network at Arcadis Highways & Transportation, advocating for gender equality and empowering women. Additionally, she aids the Global Excellence Centre in India in developing women's skills in highways and sustainability. |

He currently serves as the Technical Discipline Lead at Arcadis, India. Srinivas has been a Chartered Engineer since 2023 and a Member of the Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation (CIHT) since 2022 and CIHT Country Champion for India. His extensive career spans multiple regions, including France, the UK, the Middle East, and India, showcasing his global expertise in the field. |

Ardra Sharma, MCIHT, CIHT Country Champion India, WSP Ardra specialises in digital transformation within the transportation sector, leveraging modelling software like PTV VISSIM and tools such as QGIS, ArcGIS, and Power BI to optimise operations and enhance decision-making. She has a strong background in traffic simulation, data automation, and dashboard development, helping streamline complex transport analysis and improve project efficiency. A member of CIHT since 2021, she currently serves as the CIHT Country Champion for India. |

Bethan France, Head of Membership and Member Services, CIHT Beth has worked in membership services for over 15 years. Since 2021 she has been CIHT’s Head of Membership and Member Services focusing on engaging and growing the Institution’s membership base. This includes developing and implementing strategies to recruit new members and retain existing members. In addition, she is responsible for enhancing member services and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, in the UK and internationally to support membership initiatives. |
