The ‘Professor James Attwood Memorial Lecture’ is an annual lecture, hosted by Continuing Professional Development in Construction (CPDC) member organisations on a rotational basis. This year the event is organised this year by the Institute of Civil Engineers.
Inverness Castle Transformation
An introduction to this transformational refurbishment project by Stuart MacKellar of LDN Architects, highlighting the architectural design considerations to meet the client aspirations and the various main elements to the design proposals. Ben Adam, Narro Project Director and CARE Engineer, will then present the structural implications of the key interventions, including the challenges faced by the design team and contractor to make them a reality.
This event is open to members of CPDC affiliated institutions across the Highlands and Islands.
