Subject: Can Cycling in London Ever be Safe?
Location University of Westminster, 35 Marylebone Rd, London, Greater London NW1 5LS

Description
Despite a number of recent, highly publicized fatalities, cycling is a (relatively) non-violent, inherently non-hazardous means of transport and has a low level of risk in London This does not contradict from a central issue - that there is danger to cyclists which should be properly addressed for basic ethical reasons, as well as promoting this key sustainable mode. Doing so means making all parties accountable including both users and providers hence reducing danger to cyclists and other road users at source.
