CDM 2015 Regulations - 3 Years On

 

The profession has been working to the CDM 2015 Regulations for three years now. This event will give a quick overview of the key components and will focus on how the regulations are working in practice, what is working well, what are the common issues or concerns being experienced across the profession from Client, Designer and Contractor perspectives.

 

The speaker, Nattasha Freeman (Faithful+Gould, Head of West Region) has been working in H&S for over 26 years and delivered services as Planning Supervisor / CDMC under the old Regulations and delivers both Principal Designer and Client CDM Advisor under the new Regulations. Nattasha was brought into the company to establish the CDM2015 strategy and has in the time co-written and delivered the Atkins Designer CDM and Design Management Training Module and the only IOSH accredited course on the subject. Nattasha has worked in a plethora of backgrounds to include the railway, construction and property management.
