Health and Safety is front and centre of all the work we do in highways and transportation, the CDM 2015 regulations provide clear direction of dutyholder responsiblities and requirements through the project lifecycle. Lloyd Edmonds of Mott MacDonald will be giving a talk on the role of the Principal Designer and how, since 2015, the role has evolved. Lloyd will also discuss the role of CDM in BiM (PAS 1192) and how, he feels, the Principal Designer should be the Lead designer.
