On 10 December 2010, guests at the Grosvenor House Hotel will be treated to a wonderful networking and social event that celebrates the work of the highways and transportation sector. Guest speakers for 2010 will be Baroness Ros Scott of Needham Market and Rt Hon Michael Portillo.
Luncheon proceedings begin around 12 noon. You may wish to have a drink in either the Rink Bar or the Red Bar prior to the Luncheon, although guests are welcome to attend earlier and enjoy some time in Grosvenor House before being allowed access to the Great Room, where the Luncheon will take place.Guests will be invited to take their seats for the Luncheon which will be served at 13.15pm. The Luncheon will finish at approximately 4-4.30pm when guests will be asked to vacate the Great Room but can adjourn to bars within the hotel.
If you have supplied us with your guest names on time, a seating list with your name and table number will be provided in the booklet, so please ensure you collect one from CIHT staff who will be handing them out on the day. If your name is not in the booklet, a CIHT staff member will be pleased to assist you.
