The 70th CIHT Annual Luncheon will take place on Friday 13 December at the esteemed Grosvenor House.
Renowned through the industry as THE event of the year, attendees will be entertained by guest speakers and will also have the opportunity to catch up with industry colleagues either before or after the Luncheon.
Bookings for Gold and Silver Corporate partners open from 10am on Monday 16 September 2019.
Bookings for the Annual Luncheon will take place in two phases.
Phase 1 - Gold and Silver Corporate Partners will have an exclusive two week window from when the event opens for booking – from 10:00 on Monday 16 September until 17:00 on Friday 27 September 2019.
Phase 2 - General Sales will open two weeks after the exclusive booking window for Gold and Silver Corporate Partners. Please note this is the earliest opportunity for our Bronze Corporate Partners to make a booking. General Sales will open from 10:00 on Monday 30 September. Please note General Sales bookings are required to have a valid CIHT individual member as a host and the booking should be made by the CIHT individual member.
Gold and Silver Corporate Partner Bookings
Each Corporate Partner has been set up with an online account, as well as a Unique Corporate Partner Username for each of their company contacts. Gold and Silver Corporate Partners must use their Corporate Partner Username and log in to make their booking.
General Sales Bookings (including bronze corporate partners)
Please note General Sales bookings are required to have a valid CIHT individual member as a host. The individual should log into their MyCIHT individual account to make a booking. (NB this is different to a Corporate Partner account).
Each ticket includes a three course lunch, including tea/coffee but does not include any alcohol or mineral water. All drinks should be ordered directly with Grosvenor House Hotel and confirmed bookings will receive details of how to place an order.
Table Capacity Information
Tables seat up to 10 guests.
There will be a limited number of individual places at 'mixed tables' and the maximum number of places that can be booked is three.
Tables of 12
Please note given that tables of 12 are very limited and are not guaranteed, you will not be able to book these online. You will be required to complete an online form requesting a table and you will be advised of whether you have been successful or not. You can only request one table of 12. Please note all tables of 12 are now sold out.
Payment is either by debit or credit card (Visa/Mastercard) - CIHT is unable to invoice or receive BACS payments for the Luncheon.
A VAT receipt is provided for all bookings.

Grosvenor House Hotel offers a service which allows you the opportunity to entertain your guests prior to the Luncheon either by booking a smaller hosted bar in the Ballroom with other companies, or alternatively you can hire a private suite. All hosted bars should be booked by 9th December.
