Ticket sale dates

Bookings for the Annual Luncheon take place in three phases.

CIHT Strategic Partners and Sponsors have an exclusive 2 week advance booking window, at which stage Knowledge and Affiliate partners will then be given access to the booking system for a one week exclusive booking period, before the remaining tables will go on general sale please see opening times below.

Ticket Availability

Phase 1: Strategic Partners and Sponsors from 1 September 2026 -  Exclusive
Phase 2: Knowledge & Affiliate Partners from 14 September 2026 - Access to booking system 
Phase 3: General Sales from 11am  22 September 2026 - Subject to availability.

Table Cost 

Tables of 10, Will be  £2500.00 ex VAT / £3000.00 inc. VAT

Limited Tables of 12 will be £3000.00 ex VAT / £3600.00 inc. VAT

Individual seats will be £250.00 ex VAT/ £300.00 inc. VAT

Those wishing to pay via invoice will need to email conferences@ciht.org.uk with a PO number which needs to be made out to Appian Trading Ltd,(details for Appian below) and with the number of tables when their booking slot becomes available. 
Please note table(s) will not be confirmed until payment is received
