CIHT East Midland Branch. Final AGM 2015.

I hereby give Notice to the members of the East Midland Branch of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on Tuesday 12 May 2015 at Hemingford Golf Club, gathering from 6.00pm for refreshments with the AGM commencing at 6.30pm.

The Branch is required to inform you that should anyone wish to raise any issues at the AGM, these should be raised in writing no later than 14 days before the AGM.

With the move to Regions from June 2015 all current Branch Committee members will officially step down as from this final Branch AGM.

At around 7.00pm there will follow a presentation on Cycle Provision European Style with speakers from Royal HaskoningDHV (Netherlands) and Royal HaskoningDHV (UK)


CIHT East of England Region. Inaugural AGM 2015

I hereby give Notice to the members of the East Midland Branch of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on Tuesday 12 May 2015 at Hemingford Golf Club, following the evening presentation. East of England Regional AGM commencing at 7.45pm.

In order to ensure continuity during the transition it is proposed to have a core of prospective committee officers and members recruited from the exiting committee members from East Anglia, East Midland, Thames and Chilterns or Midland branches who will be members of the East of England region. However any prospective new volunteers to sit on the committee or to provide support in their immediate area of the region will be welcomed.

Should anyone wish to stand for election to the Regional Committee, please pass your name to Amanda Mays at Amanda.mays@cambridgeshire.gov.uk, along with the names and signatures of four CIHT Members, as soon as possible but again no later than 14 days before the meeting.
