The visit is intended to provide members with valuable exposure to Korea’s transport infrastructure, smart city solutions, high-speed rail operations, railway traffic control systems, and related technology applications, while also creating opportunities for professional learning and networking.

DAY 1 (21 AUG/FRI) KUALA LUMPUR – INCHEON
MALAYSIA AIRLINES - 21 AUG MH 66 KUL/ICN 2330 - 0710+1
Check in at KLIA for your flight to Seoul

DAY 2 (22 AUG/SAT) ARRIVE SEOUL / BUSAN BY KTX TRAIN(L/D)

• Arrive Seoul, transfer for breakfast at restaurant
• Board on KTX high speed train from Seoul to Busan (travel light on board train to Busan, big luggages will be kept at Seoul hotel)
• Arrive Busan, visit the vibrant Busan Metropolitan City
• Check in hotel and dinner at restaurant

DAY 3 (23 AUG/SUN) BUSAN – GYEONGJU – BUSAN (travel by coach approx. 1.5hrs) (B/L/D)

• Day trip visit to Gyeongju "the museum without walls" and known as World Heritage Sites by UNESCO
• Places of visits : Cheonmachong Tomb (Daereungwon Ancient Tombs), Gyeongju Gyochon Traditional Village, Woljeonggyo Bridge, Hwangnidan Street - mix of historic hanok style buildings and modern shops and restaurants

DAY 4 (24 AUG/MON) BUSAN - SEOUL by KTX high speed train (B/L/D)

• Depart from Busan to Seoul by KTX high speed train
• Proceed on a Seoul city tour, visiting the city's major attractions.
• Visit to Seoul Station (Main railway hub; high-speed & conventional services)
• Visit to Railway Traffic Control Center (Central control for >4,200 trains; uses A.l for traffic management & predictive maintenance)

DAY 5 (25 AUG/TUE) TECHNICAL VISIT / COURTESY VISIT TO AUTHORITIES (B/L/-)

• Visit to KOREAN ROAD ASSOCIATION (KROAD): Industry body for road transportation; manages market development & government liaison
• Visit to Human Resources Development Institute (KORAIL): Professional education; integrates A.I (Korail Talk, station congestion mgmt)

DAY 6 (26 AUG/WED) ATTEND THE WORLD CITY TECH EXPO 2026 (B/-/D)

• Venue: Kintex, Goyang-si - A global business platform for smart city solutions and urban technologies; focused on A.I integration, Urban Robotics, & Smart City Solutions

Day 7 (27 AUG/Thu) INCHEON - KUALA LUMPUR (B)
MH 67 ICN/KUL 1100 - 1635
After breakfast, Transfer to airport for flight return home
