CIHT North of Scotland Branch Annual Dinner 2013
The Annual Dinner of the North of Scotland Branch of the Institution will be held at the Drumossie Hotel, Inverness on Friday 1st November 2013.
The reception will be at 6.30 p.m. for dinner at 7.15 p.m. PLEASE NOTE THE TIME.
The format of the function will be similar to previous years with the President Sheila Holden in attendance. Dress, as usual, will be formal.
It is hoped that members will support the Dinner by making up their own table parties with guests.
Provision is also being made for individual members who propose to come unaccompanied. Such members, if they wish to be seated beside any other member should indicate this on the application form. Please note that interested non-members are cordially invited to apply for tickets. The price of each ticket for guests and for members is £60.00
Please complete and return the slip below as soon as possible and not later than Friday 25th October 2013, stating the number of tickets you require and enclosing the appropriate remittance. (Please note that after this closing date no refunds can be given for tickets ordered but not taken.) Tickets will be allocated on a "first come first served" basis, to a maximum of 350 total. When this total is reached, no further bookings can be accepted.
Tables this year will be able to accommodate 12. It would be much appreciated if you could tailor your party to suit although larger tables can be arranged with suitable notice. Smaller parties can be accommodated by mixing at tables.
Note to the organisers of parties:
This year we will again be allocating tables on a company basis and we would ask that your guests are informed of this. We would ask that you finalise the seating arrangements at your company table.
