Traffic modelling and micro-simulation are internationally used to assess the robustness and the impact of transportation schemes or new developments, so that mitigation measures can be prepared in advance to avoid costly solutions after construction.
Micro-simulation provides visual representation of the assessments demonstrating the impact of the projects.
This seminar presents the use of microsimulation with case studies from Qatar and the UK.
