As part of the merger process of the three southern branches (South East, Southern and Thames & Chilterns) into the new South East Region this email is being sent to invite you to the inaugural AGM at 3pm Thursday 21st May at CIHT headquarters, Britannia Walk. The main duties of the meeting will be the election of the new Region’s officers and committee members, the identification of people to support local working groups ( one local working group for each of the old branch regions initially) and the formal closing of the existing three branches.
If you would like to offer yourself up for nomination to any of the posts below or to be a committee member or working group member please submitted your name and membership number and the committee post or working group you would like to support.
All nominations should be sent to Andy Maclean at Andy.Maclean@hants.gov.uk by noon on Friday 15th May 2015.

b. Vice Chair – 2 years – Senior & Junior
c. Treasurer
d. Secretary
e. Web Officer
f. Young Professional officer
g. Programme coordinator
