Join this lunchtime free webinar to hear about the latest research on behavioural change.
The guest presentation will review the use of personas to date, illustrate work being undertaken at the moment to move the use of personas forward and explore how we can make more of this tool to ensure we can make the best decisions to support a sustainable transport system.
It will also cover the example of a major infrastructure project we are working on where personas will be used to help evidence the impacts of different transport initiatives; help the decision making and prioritisation of those initiatives and also help inform how best to roll out such initiatives. The presentation also discusses the opportunities and benefits in using personas to support travel behaviour change.
This event is open to all and will be of particular interest to those working on behavioural change, modal shift and decision making on new transport schemes.
