The AGM will see the Chair, Michael Chung, reflect on his term in office and the successes of CIHT Yorkshire & the Humber in contributing to the transport profession and the CIHT’s national activities. The AGM will see the election of a new Chair and new committee members and Officers to take forward CIHT Yorkshire & the Humber's plans for the next year.

The AGM is open to all members of CIHT in Yorkshire & the Humber.

Venue

The meeting will take place at the WSP Office, 3 Wellington Place, Leeds, LS1 4AP.

You must book your place if you wish to attend. For those unable to join in-person an online link will be provided for anyone who registers for an 'online only ticket'.

Become a Committee Member

We welcome applications to become a committee member from across all membership grades and from all backgrounds within the transportation sector. Nominations are welcomed from Local Authorities, consultancies, student and apprentice members.
Members from all parts of Yorkshire & the Humber are encouraged to put themselves forward for nomination as we look to cover as-wide-an-area as possible.

We are looking for people to help us in one of two ways:

• Fixed committee roles
• Flexible committee membership

Fixed Roles

• Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Officer
• Deputy Honorary Secretary

Committee Membership

Activities could include:

• Promoting Equality Diversity and Inclusion
• Attracting and recruiting new CIHT members
• Engaging with emerging career professionals
• Hosting Continuous Professional Development (CPD) events
