Proposed Itinerary

Day one: Sunday 23rd November 2025
On arrival in Hong Kong, meet & greet by local tour guide, depart for brief orientation sightseeing Hong Kong and check in hotel
Dinner hosted by CIHT HK at Pacific Club

Day two: Monday 24th November
Breakfast at hotel
Visit (1) Depart from hotel to One North, Yuen Long Office
Briefing by CIHT HK Chair with lunch at local restaurant
Visit (2) Site Visit to Company Visit @ AECOM, Shatin & dinner at local restaurant

Day three: Tuesday 25th November
Breakfast at hotel
Visit (3) Technical Visit Central Kowloon Route (by shuttle bus organized by HK Government) with lunch at restaurant
Afternoon free & easy to explore Hong Kong with dinner on own arrangement

Day four: Wednesday 26th November
Breakfast at hotel
Take high speed train from Hong Kong to Shenzhen (journey 20mins)
Arrive Shenzhen, board on coach and travel along Shenzhen–Zhongshan Link - bridge tunnel which connects two
major cities Shenzhen & Zhongshan with lunch in Zhongshan.
Visit (4) Technical visit by CCCC (China Communications Construction Company)
Travel from Zhongshan to Macau by coach (1.30hrs)
Check in hotel in Macau & dinner at restaurant.

Day five: Thursday 27th November
Full Day Study Tour of Macau – Macau Tower (outside view) with lunch at restaurant
Visit The Ruins of St Paul, Senado Square & Venetian Macau & dinner at restaurant

Day six: Friday 28th November
Breakfast at hotel. Check out hotel
Transfer to Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge (HZMB Termina)l for shuttle Golden Bus return to Hong Kong.
Transfer to HK Airport for flight back to KL.

Tour Fare*

*A discount of RM 500.00 to the above price applies to all CIHT members. Non-members participating in this trip are eligible for one year free membership, subject to membership application approval. Terms & conditions apply.

Tour fare includes: airfare, hotel accommodation, admission fees, meals, coach transfer, local guide services tipping to guides, airport taxes, visa fees, travel insurance, traveling bag, & luggage tags.

but excludes: personal expenses such as room service, calls, mini bars, laundry, etc., excess baggage, hotel porters tipping, & any tours not mentioned in itinerary.

Spouses and friends of members are welcome subject to availability.

• A cheque issued to "The Chartered institution of Highways & Transportation Malaysia Branch 2019 (CIHTMB 2019)" for the full correct amount or bank in directly to Account: MBB 5186-2610-9636 and attached payment slips to organising committee.
• A photocopy of the front page of your passport (for our tour agent usage)

Closing date for confirmation is 30th September 2025. A deposit of RM 1500.00 is payable upon confirmation of reservation. Balance of total tour fare is payable by 10th October 2025. Kindly note that a cancellation fee will be imposed by our tour agent as follows:

• 30 days and more before departure : deposit forfeited
• 29-15 days prior to departure : 50% of tour fare
• 14-08 days prior to departure : 80% of tour fare
• 07-01 days prior to departure : 100% of tour fare
• No show : 100% of tour fare

After commencement of travel no refund – in part or full – will be given for services included in the programme which are not utlised. The number of delegates is limited to 30. Priority is given to those who register first. Please register early to avoid
disappointment.
