This paper evening will give an overview of the various stages Engineers and Project Managers in Birmingham City Council's Infrastructure Projects Team must consider/complete to progress projects to implementation. The paper will discuss 'Local Authority' processes including political interface, governance and approvals, financial regulations and consultation.
