Graham Muspratt will outline the use of intelligent road studs to provide a clear benefit for night time drivers and how vehicle activated signs can be made my dynamic and effective removing issues around inattentional blindness.
Graham Muspratt is a Senior Solutions Manager at Clearview Intelligence and also the chair of the Association of Road Traffic Safety and Management. He has been with Clearview Intelligence for 13 years in Solution sales, marketing and product management roles. Graham is passionate about road safety and extremely knowledgeable about successful safety solutions that Clearview have implemented in the past and utilises this knowledge to inform the best course of action for projects being planned.
Steve McGilchrist BSc is Group Business Development Manager for WJ, the UK’s leading specialist contractor in its field. He entered the highways sector as a graduate management trainee with ARC (now Hanson Aggregates) in 1982 and has held various roles up to CEO level in the UK and USA in companies serving the highways sector with products and services. Steve’s experience spans highway pavement materials, road marking materials, high friction surfacing and other highways techniques and materials. Steve sits on the BSI drafting committee for BS8870 – High Friction Surfacing and is active in the Road Surface Treatments association (RSTA), Highway Term Maintenance Association (HTMA) and Retroreflective Equipment Manufacturers Association (REMA).
