CIHT President Geoff Allister is confirmed as a key contributor at the fourth annual Highways Term Maintenance Association (HTMA) conference to be held on Wednesday 6th April 2011 at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, Westminster.

Widely considered as the most important highways event of the decade, Facing the Future in Hard Times will provide you with the knowledge required to deliver efficient, high quality highways management and maintenance services in the new age of austerity.
