This is a joint presentation by representatives from Transport Scotland and the Contractor’s ITS designer. Tim will provide an overview of the evolution of ITS on the project highlighting some of the early design, operation, safety and legislative challenges. Douglas will continue with an overview of the detailed design, construction, testing and commissioning of the ITS. The talk will conclude with brief details of the operation and evaluation of the live system delivered in the early phases.
