This presentation will review the funding and delivery mechanisms employed for infrastructure in the UK.  This will include a look at the increasing role played by the private sector, particularly through developer contributions, and the proposed Community Infrastructure Levy.  It will also look at the implications of changing government policy in terms of the proposals for increased delegation of decision-making to regions and sub-regions, and the various forward funding initiatives that are emerging.
