On 11 December 2009, guests at Grosvenor House Hotel will be treated to a wonderful networking and social event that celebrates the work of the highways and transportation sector. This year the IHT Annual Luncheon will feature special guest speakers, Mayor of London, Boris Johnson and comedic writer Clive Coleman.
The Luncheon begins at 12 noon, although guests are welcome to attend earlier and enjoy some time in Grosvenor House before being allowed access to the Great Room, where the Luncheon will take place. Lunch begins at 1pm. Speeches by Boris Johnson, IHT President Chris Jackson and Clive Coleman will begin at 2.30pm. The event will finish at 3.30pm where upon guests will be asked to vacate the Great Room but can adjourn to hosted or free bars within the hotel.
A seating list, with your name and table number, will be provided, so please ensure you collect one from IHT staff who will be handing them out on the day.
