Kevin Riley - Director of Transport, Development & Regeneration at WSP
Kevin Riley is Director of Transport, Development & Regeneration at WSP, based in Liverpool. He has been at the forefront of integrated transport throughout his 30 year career, having worked for a major local authority, public transport authority and in consultancy.
Working across the UK, Ireland and Europe, Kevin has significant experience in town and city-wide transport planning and in particularly it’s overlaps with placemaking and regeneration. He has led many keynote schemes from early concepts such as Chester Bus Interchange and Public realm schemes, redevelopment at the Etihad Stadium Manchester.
Kevin has also worked for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on training ministry staff across Europe on Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans.
