Low temperature asphalt is a rapidly developing technology across the world and has a number of potential benefits to both the asphalt producers and clients. The presentation will look at some of the various technologies available to make low temperature asphalt and discuss the various benefits. Additionally the presentation will look at current developments in materials and new applications for asphalt.
Speaker: Tim Smith, Regional Technical Manager, Tarmac.
Tim started his career at the Transport Research Laboratory before working for various Contractors on highway and airfield projects both in the UK and overseas. As well as providing technical support to contracts, he is heavily involved in Tarmac's R&D projects and represents the industry on various national committees.
