The IHT North Western Branch is holding an event for those interested in Marine Engineering. Tim Davies, Royal Haskoning, will provide an overview of the type of projects that a Maritime Engineering office would typically deal with, from planning a new RoRo port for 350 trucks and 1000 cars or a cruise terminal for 5000 passengers to the detailed design of a 30 metre high quay wall, 1 km long for a container terminal.
This is a free event arranged by the Young Professionals Committee.
