Leanne Farrow is a Chartered Transport Planning Professional (CTPP) and Principal Transport Planner for Mott MacDonald in Leeds. She is also the Training and Development Manager for the company’s Integrated Transport Division, managing training requirements and supporting staff at all levels with their professional development to increase the number of staff with a professional qualification year on year. Leanne is a member of the CTPP Professional Standards Committee and is a CTPP mentor. To encourage more people into mentoring, and to support those already in this critical role, she has recently developed the CTPP Mentor Guide.
James is a Chartered Transport Planning Professional (CTPP) and is the Transport Planning Lead for WSP in Manchester. James completed CTPP in 2015 and immediately became a CTPP mentor supporting a number of people to complete CTPP. James has supported the development of CTPP preparation sessions at WSP and has an excellent understanding of the challenges that both mentors and mentees need to overcome in order to successfully complete CTPP. James is now working with the CIHT to help provide additional guidance and support to CTPP mentors.
