We are pleased to provide an opportunity for a site visit to Public Works Authority / Ashghal’s Mesaimeer Pumping Station and Outfall Project.
The scope of the project includes the construction of a pumping station with 10 pumps with auxiliary facilities, and the construction of a 10-kilometer tunnel. The pumping station will operate at a capacity of 19.7 cubic meters per second, its function is to pump water from Mesaimeer Tunnel to the new outfall tunnel. This would provide a sustainable solution to discharge surface and stormwater.
The site visit will comprise a project presentation on the main design aspects of the project, and a walk around the pumping station’s excavation works and Tunnel Boring Machine launch shaft.
