Midlands Connect is a pan-Midlands partnership of Local Authorities, Local Enterprise Partnerships, the Chambers of Commerce, Highways England, HS2 Ltd, Network Rail and our Sponsor the Department for Transport.
It aims to deliver the enhanced connectivity required to power the Midlands Engine, maximising the Midlands’ position as a hub of the national transport network; driving economic growth, trade and productivity.
