Darren Divall - Regional Road Safety Manager, West Midlands Combined Authority Darren is the West Midlands Regional Road Safety Manager supporting the West Midlands Combined Authority and 15 partner organisations deliver a robust and fit for purpose strategic approach aimed at achieving a 40% reduction in the number of killed and seriously injured casualties by 2028. Darren has over 20 years of experience, spearheading the delivery of evidence-based interventions in challenging environments, internationally and within the UK. Darren is a member of the Association of Road Risk Management, a former Chairperson of the Institute of Road Safety Officers and Head of Road Safety GB’s Academy. He is also an advisory member of the Prince Michael International Road Safety Awards judging panel. |

Shane Foley - Head of Growth & Partnerships, VivaCity Shane leads the Strategic Partnerships team at VivaCity, having worked previously with VivaCity’s Combined Authority partners and research institutions across the UK. He has spent the last 15 years in the mobility industry working to improve the way people experience streets and road networks. A firm believer in the power of data, he’s motivated to see the UK’s cities and wider transport networks strengthened by data-led decision making. |
