Amy is a partner in the contentious construction team at Brodies LLP and an accredited specialist in construction law. 

Amy represents clients in ongoing construction projects helping to mitigate risk and advising on the administration of contracts; she also represents clients in dispute proceedings, including adjudication, mediation, court and arbitration.

Kirsteen is a partner in the construction, infrastructure and projects team at Brodies LLP. She has a master's in construction law, is an accredited specialist in construction law with the Law Society of Scotland and is dual qualified in Scotland and England and Wales, having over 22 years' experience in providing advice on all aspects of construction work, acting for employers, contractors and sub-contractors in the private and public sector, drafting and negotiating bespoke contracts and all major forms of industry standard contracts (JCT, SBCC, ICE, NEC, IChem, FIDIC etc). Kirsteen works with clients from the outset of projects, from producing procurement strategies, through implementation, and onto completion, providing advice on risk management at all stages of the construction process.
